Message

   Customers can now update their own DNS records!
 If you would like to amend or add new Records:

Please log into your @UK account.

Go to Manage Your Domain Names or Eservices -> My domains

Click On DNS Config, next to the domain you want to update.

Simple 

There is a £5 + VAT charge for this service. If you have a large number of domains you would like to update please contact support@ukplc.net 

Top Tip for DNS Set up

Make sure you set the template before adding your records.

If you have a record to set for your new website

1)      Make sure you set the template before adding your records.
2)      Choose Address record/CNAME as the type of record you wish to set up. 
3)      In the Host box, enter www.
4)      Then the Target box will be your IP address/target address
5)      If you don’t have any other information to fill out, then leave the other boxes as they are.

If you have an IP address for a MX record.

1)      Delete out the @UK MX records. 
2)      Then choose Address record enter mail into the host box, with the IP address in the target.
3)      Then, choose MX record leave the host box blank and then enter mail.thedomainname into the target box.
4)      If you don’t have any other information to fill out, then leave the other boxes as they are.
