If you are getting domain is over quota bounce back messages, this means that you have filled up your mail box and will be unable to receive anymore emails in, and may not be able to send emails out. What to do next: 1st - If in outlook you are using IMAP you can change your account to POP. A POP setting will download all emails from the @UK server on to your PC - If you use POP you should never reach your mailbox quota, as all emails will be on your PC and a copy is not kept on the server. 2nd - You can delete various emails, this will bring your quota down. 3rd - Emails that are in your sent, junk, bulk or trash can also contribute to your mail box quota. 4th - You can upgrade your webmail package to larger quota. For details on this please contact support@ukplc.net or purchase a package here: http://www.uk-plc.net/website/Bundled-Hosting-Packages-24851.htm |
