The catch all feature allows you to receive email to your domain name no matter what the sender puts in front of the @ sign. This means that if a customer misspells the email address it is still received by the email address where the catch all function is set.

The down side to this is that you will receive an increased amount of spam and therefore we do not recommend setting the function.

To remove the catch all there are three links at the bottom of the screen:

1) Set catchall email deleted - this will automatically delete any emails which do not have the correct email address.

2) Set catchall bounced - this will email the sender with a notice saying that the email address is not valid.

3) Set remote catch all account - this allows you to have the emails send to an alternate email address for review.
