   Dear Customer

We have a problem with the webmail service today due to a power outage at our London Data Centre over night.

We realize that this service is mission critical to our customers and we currently have our technical team diagnosing and fix the problem as quickly as possible.

We will keep you updated on our progress using this email address, however if you would like to speak to a member of the support team please call 0118 963 7052.

	Dear Customer Our technical team have fixed the problem with our webmail servers and the service should now be fully restored for new emails. We do however have a large queue of emails which are still to be delivered. If you have any other problems, please do not hesitate to contact a member of the support team on 0870 486 6009. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
